Shipping policy – Sarashape

 1. Order Processing & Dispatch

·       Orders from our Immediate Dispatch Collection are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of order confirmation.

·        Orders are processed and dispatched only on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.


2. Made-to-Order & Pre-Book Items

·       Made-to-order and pre-book items require 15–20 business days for production before dispatch.

·       Once an order is placed, requests for expedited production or early delivery cannot be accommodated.

·        All orders are processed in the order they are received.

3. Delivery Timeline

·       South India: Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch.

·       North India: Delivery may take 5–7 working days, depending on the location and courier service availability.

 Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, and courier delays.

4. Courier Service Availability

 

·       We primarily ship orders through DTDC and ST Courier.

·       If DTDC or ST Courier services are unavailable for your delivery location, please add a note during checkout stating "Ship via India Post (Speed Post)."

·       Orders for such locations will be shipped via India Post (Speed Post), which provides service coverage across all Indian PIN codes.

·       Delivery timelines for Speed Post shipments may vary depending on the destination.

 

5. International Shipping

·       International orders are currently handled manually via WhatsApp or insta  social media channels.

·        customer want to check with the product availability and confirm the order.

·         International shipping charges are calculated based on the package weight, dimensions, and destination country.

·        Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

·        Delivery timelines for international orders vary by destination and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

5. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

                    
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe or has not been delivered, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

6. Note:

·       Please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code, and contact details are accurate and complete when placing your order.

·       Sarashape will not be responsible for delays, delivery issues, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information.

·       Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

·       If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, a reshipment fee of ₹200 will be applicable.

Customers are requested to verify all order and shipping details carefully before completing their purchase.
